I have really enjoyed all the support from my coach (TARA) and encouragement which has helped me stay positive and keep working towards my goals. In April I weighed 302 and started the program on July 25th at 289 and am now at 246 pounds. It has helped me to learn to live a healthier life, enjoy eating a clean and balanced menu and appreciate foods much better. I now try to get 10,000 steps in each day and exercise 3 to 5 times a week, allowing me to have more energy, need less sleep and even reduced by high blood pressure medicine. The program is all laid out for you and is simple to follow, just have to find a little will power, dedication, and support of your loved ones and you too can be successful and be working towards meeting your goals, and feel better about it!!
