Heidi was a supportive counselor. Had success on Betr Health which I had not experienced while trying on my own.

Betr Health has been a lifestyle change with regard to how I plan my meals and approach my health. I love that it's focus is making calories count rather than counting calories. My Betr Health Coach Christina was excellent and helped motivate me along the way through Level 1 & 2. I've recommended the Betr Health program to a few of my friends in hope that they too will see the benefits of Betr Health.

Lost 9lbs in 3 weeks. Doesn't seem like a lot , but that's 7% off my previous body weight of 130lbs. At only 4'11" that's a lot of weight and is very noticeable. Will stay on the program to lose the other 10-15lbs I have left. I like that it's slow, but steady and you are not hungry because there's plenty to eat

The program gives you all the tools you need to change habits and understand how your body reacts to food. I have been active and busy all my life. The recipes are so helpful and the results are amazing.

Betr Health is fantastic approach to a better lifestyle with healthy eating with no starvation. I have been utilizing the approach for 18 days and have lost 16 lbs! Not only have I lost weight but feel more energized and refreshed each morning after a restful night of sleep. Betr Health is a great if you are a busy person and don't have time for weight loss centers as everything you need is in the palm of your hand. My coach Zoe is very encouraging and answers all my questions and aids me in my journey of bettert health. Dr. Ferro's Tuesday group sessions are also very helpful as he puts the whole better lifestyle in perspective. Everything about Betr Health is truly wonderful.
