This is more than just a diet, its a lifestyle and a change in your body that you just happen to lose weight and feel good about yourself in the process. I have lost nearly 20 pounds in 15 days. I have learned how to cook, take care of myself, watch very carefully what I eat, and look at health from a new perspective. I don't even think of this as a diet anymore.
As my metabolism started to change and improve, I also noticed that my body does not like processing bad foods anymore. This is a huge change for me, as all I used to do was eat bad foods. I have tried multiple diets, but this lifestyle will have a permanent effect on me. Thanks Patti, your support and encouragement has made a difference in my life.
