I was helped by Rohina who was very helpful and patient throughout the process of changing several policies to increase coverages, as well as questions regarding a policy I was trying to set up. Not only was Rohina patient, but she took the time to clarify all the questions that I had, and even helped me install my new plates! Exactly the kind of service one would want and hope for. I was referred to All West by a coworker for a specific insurance agent named Toly. I visited the location this summer and was extremely impressed with his service. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Toly also took the time to show me different options to help me find the plans that worked best for me. In past experiences I feel some insurance representatives have turned into pushy salesman just trying to make a profit or rush you out the door. I could tell that Toly genuinely cared about my needs and was there to help me in every way possible. i was greeted as soon as i had come in by a very welcoming worker i beleive his name was ryan. he had led me to the direction of one of his coworkers to help me i his name was toly. he had helped me with my insurance where i had been overpaying and my discount hadn't been applied. they were both very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. i would recommend these two to anyone, made my experience with allwest enjoyable i can assure i will continue businiess in the future for sure. they must be very happy to have people who care about there customer service and business very reassuring.

I renewed my auto insurance November 1st and was fortunate enough to find Romina available to assist me. It became apparent that my existing insurance was charging more than reliable competitive companies. We compared three options and settled on a combination of the mandatory ICBC portion and the optional portion with “Intact” insurance.
This arrangement saved me over $300.00 over a complete ICBC charge or much the same over a combination ICBC and “Family” Insurance charge.
The point of this recommendation is to convey how helpful Romina was and particularly her willing attitude and happy disposition. What might have been a dour and routine exercise became a pleasing and cheerful one. Allwest Insurance is fortunate to have Romina working for them and is also to be commended for having trained her so well. Kudos to Jany Agostina the branch manager for running such an efficient and upbeat office.
