I had a great experience with the team at Garber Chevy/Ford. Fred Hudson was my salesperson and we tested several trucks and when we found the chevy wasn’t going to fit my needs we decided to look at the ford trucks. I was working with a budget and Fred and the Ford Sales Manager Jared Toups found me the perfect truck. They did everything to ensure I was completely satisfied. Jared also helped me go over all the new bells and whistles that this new truck had. They both did a FANTASTIC job. The only bump in the whole process was working with the finance office. Karl’s office was an ice box, I froze my butt off. Also when he completed the contract on the computer I had to ask for a hard copy so I could read it before signing it. Then the signing process was a pain. Having to sign my name with a mouse was very difficult, and with the fact that they now make stylist pen and or pads that you can use your finger to sign with. This was not good. This one process could be improved. Over all I would do this again in a heart beat!! Thanks to all!!
