The perfect truck buying experience. On a Sunday the salesman, Shane, calls me from an online query of my trade in value right from their website the previous night. I wasn't expecting to buy quite yet but Shane explained several discounts ongoing, eased my concerns on the value of trade in and other details. Knowing their inventory he matched me with the best truck in the trim I was looking for.
Although arriving in a rainstorm, Shane met me with the new truck as I pulled in. From there it was as simple as it gets.
