Well, we had an appointment between 3:30 and 4:00 pm with Daniel. Fortunately, Daniel was busy with another customer, of which I’m sure also purchased a vehicle. In saying that, another guy approached us when we came in. This was David. David was knowledgeable of the vehicle we wanted and not aggressive at all. We purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon. James Jones, our sales rep, ROCKS! No pressure sales, which was nice and he’s so personable and was prepared. I sent him specs of what I was looking for and he had everything ready by the time I got there - so efficient and respectful of our time! Upon arrival, there were NO sharks circling the lot, which was even better! Upon entering the building, we were sincerely greeted - it was an atmosphere. Everything was smooth from start to close.
