Garber, Thanks for the excellent service in repairing three issues with my recently purchased Escalade (from another dealership). I'm new to the area and wasn't sure where to service my Silverado.
Start to finish, Josh was on point as he worked with my warranty company to cover the discrepancies. My only two issues are 1. I'd prefer to know the estimate of repairs upfront so I'm not hit with an uncomfortable surprise and 2. If repairs are to take longer than a day. Although I came out of pocket a little, as expected, it wasn't as bad as I thought and Josh made me feel at ease as things were being worked.
The young lady at pickup (on a Saturday) was very helpful. Dave was very nice as he drove me home. I think I may know where I will service my Silverado now and maybe even buy my next truck as you have gained my trust.
