I recently had my car towed here because of a flat tire. I had actually made an appointment for the same day to have my oil changed. The customer service representative, Minda, was extremely professional, very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and informative. She called to let me know that the technician noticed that I still had plenty of life left to my oil and I didn't even need an oil change at this time. I very much appreciated their honesty and professionalism, not trying to sell me a job I didn't need. And, she was able to get my replacement tire in stock and changed, and I picked my car up the same day. She also offered a shuttle service to pick me up, which I didn't need, and my car was even washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me! I purchased my car here at Garber and this is my third experience with the service department (two oil changes and the tire replacement.) Every experience I have had here to date has been exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend Garber Auto Mall for the purchase of a car and the service of your car. Their customer service is superb and I absolutely look forward to continuing to do business with them for the foreseeable future. ☺️

Everyone I spoke with Fred my first point of contact and Buddy who handled all the paperwork and sales, to the Manager, Steven who we also dealt with were all amazing. We felt like we were the most important people at the dealership that day and they all wanted to make sure we were happy with what we chose to do. Very impressed with the dealership.
