My wife brought her Encore GX into have the plastic cover on the rear wiper replaced. The piece was ordered and when it came in my wife brought the car into have it put on. $123.00 dollars later it was put on. I understand shops have an hourly rate but to charge that much for a 3 minute job is ridiculous. If she would have known it was going to be that much she would have brought it home and I would have put it on. A $12.85 part cost $123.00 to install. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I would like to thank Rob the service manager for his time and making this right. It is truly appreciated. Thank you again!

We talked to Verlin (Buddy) Peacock about getting a Chevy or Gmc 2500HD Pickup a couple of weeks ago. Garber did not have any at the time but he kept his eye out and as soon as one was delivered he let us know. When it arrived it was his day off but he still met us to look at it. We did buy it stuck with us and helped us through the sales process. He did us right and would return to Garber and Verlin for our next car.
