I have to say the service manager Rob and service rep Sherry went WAY above and beyond to help me with my situation!! They both put themselves on the line for me because another well known dealership was dishonest and would not take responsibility for something they caused on my 2023 SUV. Sherry spent many hours pushing my issue up to the right people who could help me. She absolutely was personally offended that any service station would do this to a client! I was without my car for 2 months and had to pay over 4k in rental because nobody would take responsibility! The car was going to be 7-8k to fix on top of the money spent on the rental. The hard work Sherry put in for me paid off though! I had to pay 1,800. I CAN NOT stress enough how thankful I am to her!! They made a client for Life!!!
