I could not possibly have been happier with my experience in purchasing my new car. I accomplished most of the legwork online with the help of my salesman, Maxwell, who was a pleasure to work with. The normally dreaded interface with the finance manager to finalize paperwork was a totally unexpected experience of a delightful conversation while signing documents, no hard up-sell on extras I indicated I was not interested in... Everyone I interacted with at the dealership were so very polite. I drove almost 300 miles to get a very specific make/model and I would do it again as, apart from traffic, the entire process was a smooth and effortless experience. Oh... and the price of the car I bought could not be beat anywhere... not even close...

I can not recommend Garber enough! After having a not so pleasant visit to a dealership in Jax, we went to Garber. They exceeded our expectations. Shannon our sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. We purchased a 2023 Chevy Traverse and she was able to get me in touch with the service dept so we could get our other vehicle fixed. They were very accommodating to our needs! I have to say the service manager Rob and service rep Sherry went WAY above and beyond to help me with my situation!! They both put themselves on the line for me because another well known dealership was dishonest and would not take responsibility for something they caused on my 2023 SUV. Sherry spent many hours pushing my issue up to the right people who could help me. She absolutely was personally offended that any service station would do this to a client! I was without my car for 2 months and had to pay over 4k in rental because nobody would take responsibility! The car was going to be 7-8k to fix on top of the money spent on the rental. The hard work Sherry put in for me paid off though! I had to pay 1,800. I CAN NOT stress enough how thankful I am to her!! They made a client for Life!!!
