I called Certified after doing a search because the ice maker in my Sub Zero was not working. John was able to assist over the phone and no need for a service call. I don't know of any service company that would do that since he made $0 on my call. Integrity like this is hard to come by. Thank you John B!!

Returned my call immediately, showed up the next day on time (actually early, with a heads-up call first), diagnosed and fixed our oven within 1.5 hours, including installing a replacement part which he had in the truck. Had used these guys for another oven issue a few years back and they had all our info and sent the same service technician, who is a really nice guy (Joe S). Joe also helped fix a problem with our subzero fridge three years ago. Highly recommend this company for Wolf and Subzero issues, they know these products well and are very responsive.

This company provides superlative service. They respond immediately to your call and they usually come to address you issue on the same day. Their service reps are efficient and extremely knowledgeable and they usually have the parts needed for service, even for very old sub-zero refrigerators. I highly recommend them.
