Daniel and Christian came out to check out my new to me Sub-Zero that wasn't making ice properly, they did a great job in getting it fixed on the first visit they had all the parts on the truck. I was impressed with their depth of knowledge on these machines and they made good recommendations on how to handle the repairs. I would have liked to have seen some of the service charge the applied to the repair like many companies usually do, but other than that very happy with the service.

I’m always wary calling for appliance service because I’ve had some (many) bad experiences.
Today was the exception- WOW great service!
My Subzero just wasn’t right but I didn’t know why. They came out right away, saw the problem and had it fixed very quickly !
I’m very happy with the service, the people, and the experience!
If you need a Subzero services give them a call. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and prompt!

Called them up with a problem. Owner walked through the problem with me and then walked through how to fix it without needing a service call. Show me a Corperate operator that will do that. Will only be using this place in the future. 10/10
