I'm a property manager and my client gave me Joe's name as their Sub Zero service tech. Called with a problem (November 2013) and Joe came quickly, assessed the situation (evap coils and pan loop heater), offered repair options and replacement estimate. Chose to repair the unit, which was done on the spot. Not 2 weeks later the unit died again. Joe came back, said the compressor was dead, and replaced it for free. Also offered a 2 year warranty, as opposed to his normal 1 year warranty. Excellent experience - would definitely use him again and recommend to others.
