Excellent company to deal with. I have done alot of business with Mr. Panella. He always takes care of me. The prices seem higher than others in the used business until you receive your parts and realize their quality control is exceptional. Every part is made sure to be in the best quality and you really do get what you pay for. Any issue is always taken care of very quickly and the staff is always very helpful. A great company to do business with for sure!

Being in the parts business now for the last couple of years H&R has certainly stood out from the masses of suppliers we have today. Always kind, prompt and very helpful. Have had the least of issues when working with them and when there has been anything has arised it is delt with quickly and in your favor or at least try to help figure the issue out. Superb! I certainly look forward to doing business with H&R in the future.

Boss was yelling at the employees while I was there. Loaded me the wrong load and was just a mess. They corrected it. Glad someone looked at the paperwork and got it right.

Ordered a hyd. cyl. for a cat 312c. Part showed up very quick. But before unloading off the truck it was noticed it was the wrong one. A cyl. for a 325c was sent in its place. Item was never unloaded and returned. Took a week to get credited for the part but never got credit for the shipping, the wrong part was shipped. And then was told they didn't have the correct one. Emailed and called with no response on the matter. Cant give a zero rating or would.
