The waiting area is ludicrously small and there is no separate area for cats, which would have been fine but for the fact the area is not large enough to even attempt to avoid dogs. The entire space was occupied by dogs straining on their leads when we entered and my poor senior cat was terrified, so it was suggested that we wait in the car with him. Also, the vet appears not to see patients according to their own booking system and was about to beckon in someone whose appointment was later, because we had to wait outside and they overlooked us . How hard is it to call and locate patients by appointment time? Bar the actual vet care, this was not a great experience for me or my cat.
