While there was some getting off on the wrong foot. And some misplaced anger at Konzon and the others on his team. Ultimately, we worked through our issues, and I am now in a better car, having been able to trade in the Mustang. As well as getting approved by Credit Acceptance. The payments will take getting used to but as someone with limited credit it is acceptable. Once again a large thanks to this team and the district manager that personally came down to make this right with me.
