So thankful we hired Ian's Roofing - best tradesman ever! Our roof had been leaking & our insurer was most unimpressed with the roof we had installed only 5 years ago. We had various tradesmen dither over the problems and then we hired Ian. He and his very respectful, very competent team went over every inch of our roof & guttering & fixed every problem they saw, advising as they went. They also colourbonded our dormer & waterproofed everything. We now feel safe in our own home. Maria and Ian calmly put up with our ever-changing requests, found a solution to every problem, & just got on with the job. The fee was very reasonable, & they refused to accept full payment until they had sent us the before and after photos. Extremely happy with their work. Would highly recommend Ian's Roofing to anyone

After 2 other roofing contractors failed to fix our gutter problem, Ian designed and implemented a solution that stops overflow during strong downpours.
Ian and his team also replaced our metal roof and his team did an excellent job.
When my mother had to get some roofing jobs done at her house, there was a communication problem between her and myself. Maria from Ian's Roofing handled the situation very professionally.
