From the instant we entered the dealership until we drove away with my new vehicle, the experience was exceptional. Jimmy, our sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo vehicle and dedicated a significant amount of time to demonstrating each feature and paying close attention to detail. We had never leased a car before, so he also provided a comprehensive explanation of the differences between buying and leasing. He completed all necessary setups, including pairing our phone and adjusting the seat position, before we leaving with the new vehicle. This is a completely different experience than the one we had with Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, which was not pleasant. The Volvo XC60 is an exceptional vehicle, and I am exceedingly pleased with my decision for purchasing one. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful experience.

For almost 7 years, I’ve had the pleasure of servicing my V90 Cross Country exclusively at Volvo Cars Rochester (formerly Best Volvo). In that time, services performed range widely from key fob battery replacement and suggested routine maintenance to windshield, engine protector, and supercharger replacements; a few oddities sprinkled in between.
