We often wonder if an auto repair shop is interested in us or in our money. I went in to this Volvo dealership without and appointment and with a flat tire needing repaired, which is likely the lowest revenue service they would offer. Despite the fact that I was not a high value ticket for them, they treated me like a king... courteous, respectful, attentive, and -of course- efficient. Not a big customer visit for them, but proof to me that they value my visit independent of how much I spend. Thank you!
