We are new to the area and had owned, years ago, a Volvo. Our hope was to buy another Volvo-as, in our minds, they are the best, safest, most reliable family cars. Our children are nearing driving age, and this will be the car we use to teach them to drive…and knowing the car is as safe as is humanly possible makes this next step in our parenting experience a lot less worrisome!
Jimmy DeGuzman worked with us and guided us through our purchase-process. He was knowledgeable, patient (as it’s been some time since I’ve driven a Volvo and our model is very upgraded compared to our last car!), and kind. When we were with Jimmy, he focused on us and us alone…we didn’t feel like a number in any way or that we were in a queue for attention. We also appreciated Joe and John in Finance.
