Excellent customer service. I was in Rochester visiting family on Saturday, when the Check Engine light flashed on my XC60. I stopped at the Volvo dealer and asked if the Service Department could take a quick look as I had to drive back to VA the next day. I learned the Service Department was not open on Saturday (but it will be open Saturdays beginning July 8) . My good luck was that the Sales Manager, Erica, was extremely helpful and spoke with the Service Manager, Nicholas, who just happened to be in on his day off to take care of a few things. Nicholas ran a diagnostic program, determined the spark plugs were misfiring, and then personally changed the spark plugs for me and made sure all the fluids, etc were full for my 9 hour drive back to VA. Excellent service; if I lived in the area, this is the only place I'd have my car serviced. Thank you Erica and Nicholas!!

I have now purchased a second vehicle from Volvo Cars Rochester after my first car was totaled. I have only good things to say about my experiences there. Jimmy sold me both vehicles and he is fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when I bought my vehicle in for a repair. The service manager made room for me on a busy day to make sure my scheduled maintenance was done, and then he spent time with me answering questions about some of the features of the car. This is not a typical car dealership. Expect exceptional treatment from them.

We love driving our Volvo C40 Recharge. Smooth, powerful, but still safe and comfortable. Last Friday we felt something on the road and soon after... a flat tire! We managed to drive it to Volvo of Rochester on University Ave. They saw our flat tire and not a question was asked before we had the keys to a loaner Volvo XC40 electric car... Jimmy De Guzman, our contact there, sent us on our way to continue enjoying the weekend worry-free... since their service shop was closed, we kept the loaner through the weekend with the simple trust of a handshake and feeling like a valued customer! Great cars, greater service! Highly recommended!
