I was having some issues with my Volvo on a Saturday and I went to the service department to see if I could get an appointment that day.. The service department is closed on Saturday, which I failed to look at the door with the letters closed Saturday and Sunday.. However the doors were open and I proceeded to walk in, where I met two teenage boys staring at me.. I asked for Jim and the boys said no Jim but Nick is here and would be up to the desk shortly.. When Nick Fabiano came up and saw me, he smiled and asked how he could help.. Nick didn’t tell me the office was closed, Nick listened, inspected my car, drove it, and said that he would make me an appointment for Monday.. Volvo of Rochester fixed my car, no cost to me, that Monday, and had a shuttle waiting. The service is always exceptional.. I recommend buying a Volvo from this dealer..
