The original meeting with Tommy was very informative and all my questions were answered. We then set a date for the project to start. The final product is beautiful and the work got done. I will give the entire project a five star however I do want to comment on communication. I would ask Tommy to work with his teams — at least this team that worked with me — on making sure that the customer knows the process and when it will happen and is communicated with as to times of arrival and when the team has to delay arrival and what happens next. I would be expecting the team to arrive and, after two hours of not seeing anyone or hearing from anyone, I called the office. The person answering the phone said she would let Tommy know and I do have to say that I immediately got a call from the team telling me why they hadn’t shown up and when they planned to show up. This happened at least three times and each time I had to call the office to find out what was going on. I have to say that each time I called, the office contacted Tommy and Tommy obviously contacted the team because they called me right away. However, this should never have had to happen. I shouldn’t have to call the office and ask what’s going on. The team should be in constant communication with the customer about times of arrival and communication when they can’t meet those times. The finished product is great and Issac and his team member worked hard and were very polite. They just need help with communication. Thanks, Tommy, for helping me have a beautiful garage floor.
