GarageExperts of Jacksonville exceeded every expectation we had! From the very first call, Chris, John, and Ray were absolutely awesome to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk us through the options and answer every question. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and impressively efficient. It was literally less than 24 hours from our initial call to having the full installation completely finished!
We had two 4’ x 8’ ceiling racks installed in our garage, and the transformation is incredible. The garage looks cleaner, more organized, and honestly better than we imagined. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are top notch, and you can tell they take real pride in their work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, the entire crew was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly experienced at what they do. The owner was just as impressive — honest, responsive, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was done right.
What really stood out to me was how informative they were throughout the whole process. They explained what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and answered every question in a way that was easy to understand. No pressure, no confusion — just straight, clear communication.
On top of that, they were incredibly clean and organized. When the job was finished, the area looked better than when they arrived. No mess left behind, which shows real pride in their work.
