Lane Smoak with GarageExperts was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect with an epoxy floor but Lane guided me through the whole process start to finish. We were able to get moved up on the calendar and get it installed sooner than we expected which was nice too.
The guys that came out were super thorough, professional and top notch.
Really recommend this place for anyone thinking of getting their garage fixed up. We're going to use ours as a gym and the floor is hugely important when it comes to a gym.

We hired Garage experts in 2018 to coat our new garage floor in the home we built. In 2025 we reached back out for a patch job after removing our hot water heater. AJ still owned the company and made time to come back and perform the repair. We wanted the same products and process as the original floor. AJ and his son were on time, and notified me when they were enroute with an ETA. They were careful, worked cleanly, taped off my mini-split a/c unit, and cleaned up when they were done. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and work ethic. Hard working men charging a fair price. They use a combination of an epoxy base coat with a polyaspartic clear top coat. It has worn like iron, and never chipped, faded, or peeled. Two thumbs up for AJ and Garage Experts of Sarasota.

From the first sales pitch, to the last payment I was very impressed with Garage Experts. I didn’t feel harassed or bullied into hiring this team. Their price is compatible with the other companies I’ve interviewed, however, they do four coats and not just three. Richie and Rick came here to work on the garage floor. What I really liked about them is if they said they were gonna do something they did it. If I had questions that needed an answered they were there to answer them for me. They kept me in the loop every step of the process. And my garage floor well, the pictures don’t do it justice, BEAUTIFUL!!
