Garage Experts did our last two homes. While these were two different franchises, we found them consistent.
Communication and follow-up with Lisa was top notch and professional. Response time and follow through, maybe the best I have experienced. As our home was in the build process, dates kept moving, and Lisa was on top of moving schedules around and we are so appreciative with her flexibility.
Jacob & Dawn were the professionals who were on site to execute the plan Lisa and I put together. They arrived on time, educated us on the process and what to expect, they were efficient, and continued thorough communication throughout the process.
Our overall experience with Garage Experts is 5 of 5 stars. Lisa, Jacob, and Dawn recognizes the customer and delivered a great experience, quality, and service.

We are so pleased with our new garage floor surface! From start to finish in less than a day. The installers were so professional and efficient, and explained everything they did. We know from having the same surface in our old home that our new floor will be so much easier to keep clean, and unlike what the builder had done (essentially, just paint), it will not show wear and tear over the years.

GarageExperts was fantastic. Nate (the owner) came out almost immediately after my initial call to provide a quote. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and walked me through everything I needed to know about the process. We scheduled the installation for about three weeks out, and everything stayed right on track.
On installation day, Zach, Charlie, and Craig arrived promptly around noon and got to work immediately. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain each step as they went. By 5 p.m., the entire garage floor was completed, and the transformation was incredible.
We went with the Tiki Brown Brindle finish, and it’s stunning. The floor looks flawless and has completely elevated the appearance of the garage. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly.

All I can say is WOWWW!!! The floors look amazing! Customer service and staff top notch! I put in inquiry on Saturday evening on their website. I wasn’t expecting a call until at least Monday but I got a call the next day! Jon set the appointment and came out Tuesday. Estimate was sent to me following morning. Price was way better than expected and I just needed a few days to line things up logistically(on my part). After signing the estimate work was scheduled about two weeks out(mainly because I wanted to start the work on a Monday and be able to put my stuff back in the garage on the weekend. The job only took two days to complete. I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend, no need to call anyone else. This was the only company I contacted. I will definitely be using Garage Experts again. Thanks to Jon and the crew!
