I recently had my 3 car garage floor refinished. From start to finish, working with Garage Experts NWI was truly professional and refreshing. Steve (Owner) came out for the quoting process and was thorough in explanation, answering all of our questions. He had larger samples of the floor colors/texture to help us make a decision. We chose the color CreekBed as we wanted a tanish grey since ours would carry out past the door, and be visible when the door was closed. After seeing the finished product on a friend’s 5 car garage I was confident in their ability and was excited to work with them. Steve even came back out a second time to allow us to get another look at the color before we finalized and answer a few more questions. They were flexible in allowing me to schedule leading into Labor Day as I wanted to use the long weekend to repaint after the floor went down. On installation day, Team lead Nick and his crew showed up and knocked it out of the park. Before starting work, Nick walked me through what they were looking to accomplish and made sure we aligned on expectations. The install was broken into 2 days. Day one they prepped the floors and even went the extra mile to grind, fix, and fill the sinking stair leading into the house. The prep work speaks volumes of the time and care this crew put into the process. Day two they finished a bit of remaining prep, and it was time to lay the base coat and flakes. They took the time to tape everything off carefully, clean the expansion joints, and work clean. They worked till 7pm that night to complete the project, and didn’t rush through the process. What struck me most about working with Garage Experts was the level of care and detail. At no point did I lose confidence in either the sales or installation. They were there to answer questions or concerns every step of the way, and with true care towards the customer. It is without hesitation that I would absolutely recommend these guys for your next concrete coating project.
