When the person in charge of our estate sale completely dropped the ball on the promised clean-up service after the sale, Hank had people out quoting the job that week and he put us in touch with a wonderful company that took care of every detail perfectly. Even in a seller's market, the process is scary. He took the time to give his professional opinion and pointed out the pros and cons to every offer so we could make an informed decision. I was working with a realtor for several months and they were fine but we weren't getting results in the real estate market buying a first home. I was very nervous moving to a new state and needing to find a Realtor. I wanted someone who wasn't pushy or wanting to force us into buying something that wasn't right for our needs. Hank was “Johnny on the spot” in helping us purchase a lake home.
