They did a nice and very neat job which is important to me. I rated them a 4 vs. 5 because they seem very expensive compared to other companies I've used over the years but a few of my neighbors and I coordinated the date and time together so we got a $20 discount which helped. My standard 2 car garage driveway was still $180 after discount. They price based upon square footage They seem to estimate over the phone by looking at Google aerial footage perhaps as my driveway seemed to be a little bigger than my next door neighbor and the neighbor across the street although at a glance they seem the same size. Everything ran very efficiently though the scheduling took me 3 calls over a month or so to get someone to call me back. I know it's their busy season but in my business it took a client 3 calls if it took 3 attempts to get someone to call them back I probably would lose a number of clients. One service that they could add-on as an optional value-add feature would be to offer to fill the gap between the concrete end of the garage and where the asphalt driveway starts. One company I worked with a few years ago did that for a small up charge and it was really nice The gal I spoke to on the phone probably could have been a lit more warm and fuzzy perhaps. Overall, I was satisfied and glad to be able to get on the schedule And get the job done for the season. They also were timely which was nice

They did a prompt complete job. I was hoping the asphalt cracks would be more thoroughly filled but overall I am satisfied. Neighbors have asked about this service and I have passed on contact info.

Price increased from previous year but the cracks of my driveway were filled extremely well in addition to the sealcoating. Workers did not leave a mess in my grass which was great for my newly seeded yard. Only negative about this entire process is the automated service they use. You receive emails and text messages to alert you to your appointment however you never get a response if you follow up with a question. You have to call to have a question answered which they are not always answering the phone.

I used them and they did a awesome job. The only thing is I can't talk to anyone there. I wanted a bill of service and they haven't responded to my request. Everything is done over the internet. Wasn't to comfortable with that. The job was great though.

Time will tell how the seal works on the driveway. Setting up the appointment was very easy

Simple and convenient online scheduling. Would have given them 5 stars if they had communicated their cancellation and rescheduled earlier in the day. Great sealcoating though.

At first they faltered, but they came back and rectified matters. Companies need to be reminded that they are a customer service business and must satisfy their customers or they will suffer. Give them a shot. If they don't produce, let them know.

Had my driveway sealcoated and cracks filled which looked nice. The problem was that any cracks no matter how small split open down the middle when they dried. Contacted Express to get this remedied, and they said they would be out 7/27. No one showed up. Contacted Express again and they rescheduled for 8/3, which they showed up for. This didn't fix everything. Came out again, and refilled the cracks. Then on a separate day resealcoated. A couple hiccups, but overall the job came our great.
