I have to say, I was very nervous about hiring any company to install the gutters. I did call several places; however because of the Covid-19 several companies don't even return the phone calls, and assuming shortest of materials or man power is no longer available for several companies. The other issue, I was concern about the price, I know prices for materials is very high.
Lessards Gutters was fantastic! Nicole the office manager, retuned my call right away and gave me details about the company, how they work, what areas they are working on, materials, prices, and availability for perform the work. From the beginning she was honest about the situation with manpower, areas they are working to do services. and how long it takes to get the materials. Very nice personal touch with new clients, Nicole makes you feels like she knows you, listens to your needs and explain all the details how the company works. Very nice!
After all that, I did little more research about Lessars Gutters company. I called again to set up a time for people to do the estimate. They came fast and did the estimate, they give me their suggestion about the color that will go with the properties color and price. She even send me a brochure to compare colors. After I placed the order, it did took 6 six to deliver the service.
Well, I want to be sure everything was done properly, so I was there with their team from the time the start to the end. Their employees were very nice, very helpful, Carl one of the employees shown me all about the material, explaining how everything was done, and telling me how happy he was working for Lessards Gutter. To me that said a lot about the company, happy employees means the company takes care the customers as well as the employees.
In overall, I give 5 points out five to Lessards Gutters the their good service, quality of work, on time, and the most important how they take care their customers. I am looking forward for them to check my gutters in about two years. You do have a warranty for ten years.

New gutters and gutter repair on existing gutters.
We took estimates from several companies. Lessard's wasn't the cheapest, but they appeared to be the most professional and knowledgeable. This gave us confidence in choosing them. We already had gutters on the front and back of the house, but those needed repairs. And we had them add gutters on the sides and tie into the front and back ones where possible. Our job was completed about 2 weeks ago, and we got our first rain last night. Everything appears intact, and we didn't see puddling and leaking where we had seen it before. We're happy!
