I was very pleased with Resumes Etc. At first I didn't know what to expect, however when I spoke with Fred over the phone and told him what line of work I do he knew it really well. He prepared my resume and worded it to a tee. It took me less than one month before I landed a great job five minutes from where I live! It was time for my resumé to be dusted off, polished, and updated. It was too long, and I knew that was a problem, but wasn't at all sure what to cut. I also knew that my formatting was outdated, and the number of templates on the Internet was overwhelming. My sister-in-law suggested using a professional resumé writer. I Googled "professional resumé writers" and found Resumes Etc. After reading the testimonials, I decided to upload my current resumé, and then received a confirmation that I would receive a call back. This was on Sunday evening. In under an hour, Fred called me and we spoke for about 15-20 minutes. He promised me a polished resumé and cover letter in a week, and he delivered a couple of days early. With a few back-and-forths after receiving my initial documents, I had two new perfect professional tools. I am confident that I now I am in a much better position to market myself with my new documents. Thank you, Fred!
