Fantastic service and personnel! I came in with my AirPods, which had a known problem with the noise cancelling and were therefore up for free repair/exchange. I was a bit reluctant as I was sure I would now have to be without AirPods for a few weeks or so. Not at this place! They tested them while I waited, around 15 minutes, and concluded they were indeed up for free replacement and gave me new ones straight away! Other service shops - please learn from this! This is what makes customers come back to your shop again and again! I will never go anywhere else with my Apple service needs ever again! Thank you so much, MacRent!
