I lost almost 12 pounds and 4.5 inches in 4 weeks. Feel great eating this food; less joint pain and more energy. Recipes are easy to cook, lots of variety and flavorful. Appreciate Tyler, my coach. His support, information.and keeping me accountable is really helpful.

Wonderful program. I feel better than I have in years. It takes a little work and dedication on your part but we'll worth the effort. My wife and I have lost weight together and are more active. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their health.

Betr Health is the first program that I have used (and I've used many) that makes eating clean and healthy easy. The accountability each member receives from their assigned Health Coach is far beyond anything I have experienced. Your coach is always a text or chat away and there to answer any question. I am just completing Level 1, 10lbs less than I started and I can't wait to see the results that Level 2 will bring. Btw, I am 52 and have struggled with these same 30lbs for at least 10 years now.
