I've been wanting to lose weight for years but thought I didn't have the discipline to go on a diet. The Betr program made it possible. The program is divided into three stages. The first stage of 4 weeks requires sticking to a limited number of foods. I'm a picky eater and didn't like most of the foods on the list so this was hard, but I started losing weight right away, and that kept me motivated. I was able to plow through stage one and breathed a sigh of relief upon reaching stage two. At that point I was able to reintroduce foods that I like and the weight loss continued. I learned a lot about nutrition and got tools I can use to stay well nourished for life without putting the weight back on.
