The program works as long as you stick with it. I feel great aster losing 16 pounds in 3 weeks.

The Betr health program is great ! It’s a life learning experience that ! And I highly recommend giving it a fair chance, it works ! You don’t starve, but rather learn to feed your body the right way, if I went back in time I would totally do it again !
