When my daughter asked me to take this journey with her for the New Year I did not hesitate and I am so happy I did. Dr Ferro and coaches Valerie and Juliane along with my daughter are my biggest cheer leaders. This new journey is paying off health wise, physically and emotionally. I can’t remark enough on the food I have been eating and enjoys tremendously, no hunger no cravings and my weight loss is so amazing.

Great program! I have never felt better in my life and have so much energy and none of that "bloated" feeling. No hunger pangs, better sleep, and high energy - who doesn't want that? Added bonus - dropping the pounds! Also, I've been able to eliminate my heart burn medicine and no issues of heart burn at all. I definitely recommend this.
