I lost 13 lbs in 21 days with this program. But aside from the weight loss, which was great, what this program really did was change my outlook - making me a more positive person filled with hope. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is struggling to try and be a healthier individual. It really gives you the tools that you need to make better choices. (And my coach Emily was great!!)

This program is incredible! While the weight loss has been significant and obvious, the BEST part is that for the first time in 10 years, my cholesterol and triglycerides are completely normal as opposed to being so incredibly high. Easy to follow and you WANT to stick to the plan to continue feeling amazing.

All I can say is "great program"!!! I wanted/needed to drop some pounds and decided to go the Betr way and do this with my wife. Skeptical of course...especially after the intro call when I realized this may be a struggle for someone that travels an average of 3 days a week. It was not easy, but working with Coach Emily I made it through. Traveling is definitely not easy and you really have to work hard and plan ahead...but it can be done. Not only did I drop over 30 lbs, I feel better, sleep better, indigestion is gone, etc. Thanks to all that supported me. Another fun thing was being able to cut inches off my belt and throw that leather away.
