This program has really helped me have a healthier view on food and weight (gaining or losing). First, I have received so many wonderful recipes that are very healthy and my family enjoys. Don't get me wrong, pizza is amazing and always will be. But with this program you learn how to make the fun foods healthy, which allows you to not feel guilty and the ingredients are things that your body actually needs.
The second thing I have discovered is that the scale can be a useful tool instead of the cause of a lot of mental anguish. I lost inches, even though some days the scales showed an increase. I am to the point where if I get up in the morning and the numbers are higher than the day before, it's usually because I either didn't drink enough water or I didn't eat enough the prior day. Weighing myself is now a positive and helpful thing, and not something I dread.

My sleep was better than ever! I have never been one to cook as I am busy all day everyday but the recipes given in the app made it VERY EASY. My coach Emily is very encouraging, she kept in touch with me and checked up on me. There were times when it became difficult to stick with It but having Emily made it MUCH EASIER. If it had not been for Emily I would not have gotten as far as I have. It is hard to pick my favorite part of the program because everything work together in harmony so well. On days the scale did not move I could feel my clothes getting loser and loser. My fatty face went down which I am very happy about!! Your health is very important and this program teaches how to eat for the long haul, not just a get fit quick type of thing!!. I started at 150 and after 3 weeks I had lost 15 pounds!!
