I am having a great experience with Pure Proactive and my Coach, Carly. I am on Day 10 and have lost 8 pounds. I find the recipes easy and really tasty. My biggest surprise besides the weight loss is that I'm really not that hungry. In the morning, once I drink my water and coffee, I don't even think about food. I always enjoy the fruit snack but it satisfies me until my lunch. I think the coaching and the weekly phone conferences with Dr. Farro have been key to staying on track. You know you're not in this alone, others have had success and struggles, just as you are and are sticking with it and reaching goals. It's truly a great plan and a solid way to change your eating habits for the better.

She has made sure I am prepared; provides the support and encouragement all along the way and answers all my questions big and small ! She knows her stuff; has given me great suggestions and insights on how to make me successful and motivated to keep going, I didn't think I would like sending pics of my lunch/dinner each day - yet this approach allows Lydia to see that I am making the best choice and keeps me motivated to stay focused and prepared - this makes all the difference. I have never tried to loose weight, i have never followed a structured program as i am not good at it. I was at work and a coworker mentioned how her sister had lost weight and changed her body through this program. I decided to join the program.
First week was the hardest one but after that first week everything became much easier. Its that beginning of the 3rd week and i have gone from 214lbs to 198 lbs!! and this is all with changing my diet and not even working out.
The biggest issue i had starting this program was that i was addicted to sugar literally. I could eat a bag of soft peppermint puffs a day with no problem, and if did not have them i would just eat spoons of sugar. 2 weeks i to this program, even the idea of putting stevia in my coffee is offputting. I have lost most of my sugar cravings!
I am thankful for the program and for my healthcoach Anita for pushing me. I am enjoying weightloss without hunger!
