We just finished Level One! We are in love with this program. I am down over 20 lbs and my wife is down 19lbs in 21 days! I was already off one of my diabetes medications after only two weeks! My doctor is thrilled! We both feel amazing! Tons of energy, great sleep, and no pain when we wake up. You see results so fast that you just want to stay on the program and see where it takes you. Our coach Valerie is amazing and patient! She answered all of our questions and really went out of her way to help us stay the coarse!
