I've lost inches with the fat burning setting and it definitely helps with pain and inflammation. Customer service and warranties could be a bit better. Other then that, I would recommend the product as it does work.

The NuShape Lipo wrap is giving me some hope that I can heal my damaged knees and skin. It has been so helpful in slowly permanently getting rid of my stomach fat that years of cortisol stress created and turned my once small waistline into the equivalent of walking around with a life preserver tube around my midsection. I have had esteem issues for decades and as I could no longer wear my shape showing clothes anymore. I have spent thousands of dollars on spa treatments that helped but would actually continue to cost thousands of more dollars to get results. My genetics are metabolism sensitive, yes I can do better with nutrition and exercise but when results are slow to nothing and the slightest triggers or changes put me back where I be started or worse, depression and feeling like a failure arrives and make me give up until I have the courage to try again. Using this wrap for fat loss, acne, hair loss and pain has given me another chance at being able to LIVE AGAIN!!! Thx

I have been using the belt for only a few days but I am super impressed with my results I'm already seeing! I have had 5 kids and my stomach is loose and full of tiger stripes. Using this belt at least 40 minutes the last few days I am down 4 lbs and my skin feels and looks tighter. It's so easy to use, although a little big on me, I strap it on as I work at my computer and drink my water. After 20 mins, I use my vibration plate or I was out working in the yard or by the pool and that's it! Per instructions the belt needs shut off to cool every 20 minutes or it may overheat and malfunction however the belt timer goes up to 60 minutes... just don't understand why it has 60 minutes as an option which is why I docked 1 star. But, overall, I'm glad I purchased and can't wait to see my results with continued use.

I’ve had this a couple months and have noticeable reduction in cellulite. I do CrossFit 3x week and supplement with home workouts 5x week. Take 2 rest days. Eat fairly well. I followed the guidelines for water, eating and alcohol consumption, as I wanted the best chance for results possible Genetics aren’t on my side when it comes to cellulite. This light therapy business is no joke! I found you after paying over $200 to a local spa, who wrapped me up a couple times with four of your wraps. I lost several inches from the two sessions but at 200 a session... well, dang! I love the girls at the spa and I feel like a cheater (shhh!), but I need my own Nushape in my life! I love my wrap, thank you for giving me my confidence back!

I have a high stress job and it seems like over the last couple years my anxiety mixed with an admittedly healthy serving of wine most evenings has turned into a nice spare tire around my waist! I bought your belt a few weeks ago determined to turn a new page. I'm following the protocol listed in the instructions and I've lost 4 inches without any other changes at all. I also really appreciate your awareness about EMF's, I'll be buying the EMF free sauna wrap next! If I could change one thing about my experience with your company though... please stock more inventory or figure out a faster shipping time! I wanted to buy the sauna wrap for my moms pain and it won't be in stock in time for Christmas.

Forget about support. I have been emailing hello@nushape.com for almost two weeks for help with my issue. The response has been absolutely nothing useful. I cannot say the response has been nothing as now nushape is back in my Facebook feed and they keep marketing to me. Maybe, just maybe, you could answer my requests for help.
