This is the best program I have ever done. First of all, it works. It is easy. There is a ton of education and support that provides motivation. It is set up to be sustainable. HIghly recommend.

I have tried so many other "weight loss programs" in the past. I would lose weight slowly but as I was loosing I was always hungry and craving foods I can't have. Then I give in and whatever I lost came back and even more. This is my 3rd week on Betr and I can honestly say I haven't been hungry or craving and foods. I've even missed eating a snack here or there or a late lunch just because I wasn't hungry. I'm also feeling so much better and have noticed clothes fitting loose. As of today I have lost 15.5 pounds. I have been enjoying new recipes and foods I had never tried before. This is so much more than a weight loss program. This program works! Plain and simple. Just follow the list of foods, drink your water and keep up the faith. Betr not perfect!

BETR Health is an AMAZING program. It is easy, healthful and successful.. The most amazing feature for me is the way I feel in mood and outlook. Having lost enough weight each week to show appreciable change in measurements and clothes (my slacks actually fell off of me last week), my favorite benefit is that, plus how great I feel. I started this about 2 weeks ago and I have lost 18 lbs. This is not a hard program to be on. I find myself making better choices everyday. It helps having a coach and you find yourself being held more accountable. Wish I found this sooner!

It’s working

It is the best experience ever!!! It’s not a diet, it’s a Betr way of eating.I started on this journey because I was advised to go on medication as my LDL cholesterol was very very high and I had high glucose levels (diabetic range). I choose not to take pills but go the diet and exercise Road. Well not only have I lost weight, reduced clothes sizes, more energy, Meeting great people through Betr, have an outstanding coach but also I have found that all my food tasted that much better. I will go in to see the Doctor in a few weeks time but I feel amazing!Oh! It’s not a diet and I never felt hungry (big bonus). Thank you Dr. Ferro!

Keep sticking to the program.. there will be times when you do t but don’t give up.. do a level one reset and keep pushing forward 😊❤️

Feeling successful is the key! When you feel “betr” and also see the scale going down it is very encouraging. Having the coach for the 1st four weeks certainly kept me on track. Hopefully I will do just as well on Level 2 !

This was the only plan I’ve been able to stick to in decades. I lost about 12 pounds this first 4 weeks and feel so much better than I did a month ago. Zero heartburn, which used to be daily, less aches and pains, and probably most important to me, a happier mood. I’ll continue with Betr and have no doubt I’ll meet my goal by losing the next 20 pounds. My coach was great, and I’ve learned a lot from the zooms and daily articles I’m receiving.

I am at end of my third week and am down 14lbs and feelin 😊. I’m looking forward to seeing a Betr me.
