Since I started with Betr, i've lost about 6 lbs in the past 2 weeks and completely rethought my nutrition. I can say that my cravings for junk food have decreased and I have more energy throughout the day. I no longer skip my meals and really fuel my body with good foods.

This program has literally changed my life! Before the program I was working out everyday, but struggling with nutrition and had serious stomach problems. I was constantly in pain. Today I am down over 7% of my weight in a matter of a month, but most importantly, my gut and relationship with food is healed. Working out is easier than ever, and I just feel so healthy! Making betr decisions comes easy to me now.

I just started with Betr not long ago through my new EoS gym membership and I really love it so far. I find it very helpful and convenient to have my nutrition plan lined up with my fitness goals and feel much more.confident in reaching my goals. Betr is guiding me through an elimination diet which I am so excited about because there is something that I've been eating that doesn't sit well with me and now I feel like I will actually.be able to.figure.out what it is and completely eliminate it from my diet. My coach, Layla, has been super.helpful in answering my.questions and guiding me towards "betr" choices. I am feeling so much better already. In addition, my personal trainer, Cat, has been amazing as well. She listens to my needs and goals and tailors our sessions around them. I am really excited to continue working with Betr and improve my overall health.

Ive had Coach Kelly Kilgore and shes been really supportive and has helped me a lot in reaching my goal. This is my first time doing this and im really glad i chose betr health, Ive learned how to make better choicea.

This program has taught me to make betr choices. I have had some hiccups with a cheat meal or two. The great thing is that I have the mind set of picking back up on the program. I no longer use the "wait til Monday" excuse. This is a life changing experience for me!

It was really hard at first to stick to the limited foods permitted on level 1, but having a daily coach who provided motivation and advice was super helpful!! Even though I slipped up on the weekends, Emily’s encouragement kept me on track to keep moving forward. I’ve almost finished level 1 now and I’ve lost all the weight I wanted to lose and kept it off so far! Betr helped me to stay on track by keeping me accountable, and I’m looking forward to level 2 and re-introducing foods. Thank you!!!
