I have enjoyed this program so much. The first week I didn't think I would make it. I didn't realize that I was not eating enough fruits and vegetables during my meals. In the first month I lost 7% of my body weight! I didn't think that was possible. I am 59 years old and have had a difficult time losing weight (but a very easy time putting it on)! I never believed it was possible for me to lose 12 pound in a month. My highest had been 8 pounds in the past. The program is supportive and has taught me a lot about my own weight loss patterns. I am now enjoying healthier whole foods and I never went hungry. Sure I had to learn some new habits, but I took on a whatever it takes attitude because I really want to lose this extra weight I'm carrying. If not now - then when?? This lifestyle is actually sustainable. The foods are realistic, albeit slightly expensive. My wife and I prepared our own meals from the suggested menus, and have found several recipes that we really enjoy. We are able to rotate our proteins easily with the foods on level 1, 2 and 3, and we have both experienced noticeable weight loss and improved health from following the plan.
