What a Godsend!!! I joined Dr. Ferro’s movement “Betr Health 1 month after having a mastectomy and reconstruction. I’ve been on the program 4 weeks. My exercise has been limited to walking due to my surgery. I still lost 7 lbs. Today my Dr. let me know that I’m no longer pre-diabetic! I’ve been working with an amazing, caring and knowledgeable coach, Tyler! He’s given me the encouragement and support to keep going and not get discouraged! I have learned so many important things about the real benefits of eating healthfully. I can now cook with confidence for myself and my family many delicious and easy to make recipes! I feel I’ve been given a second chance and I’m not going to waste it!

I am amazed in my blood sugar levels. I am on med.’s to control it but I just couldn’t get below 100 and in two weeks time from 130 to 86 was awesome! I was jumping up and down. My weight is coming off slowly, however, I’ve only been on the program two weeks. My coach Jennifer is always there to encourage me. Thank you Dr. Farro for putting this program together. I can’t wait to see what happens next. Don’t give-up give yourself a chance.😁

This program has been so awesome! I’ve spent years trying different diet plans and exercise and nothing has really stuck. The best part of this program is it doesn’t feel like a diet, but a lifestyle. I am one month in and can not wait to see what the next month holds. Shoutout to my coach, Diana, for all she does. She is so good at keeping me motivated.

In the first week I lost 7 lbs. I had to call my doctor to lower my blood pressure medication because it was now too low. I had more energy I was able to move better than I had in years. I lived the food. Who knew apples gave you so much energy. I put myself back to level 1 because I hit a Plato on vacation. Lost 4 more lbs. This is not a diet it is healthy living. Love it

I’ve only been on the BETR program for two weeks and I have so much more energy, less inflammation, and I’ve already lost weight!!! Nothing ever works for me but BETR is different!!!

The best program ever. I started this plan in worst shape of my life. I could barely put on my own socks or tie my shoes. I was prediabetic, very very high Triglycerides very bad cholesterol and no good cholesterol. I just completed level 2 of this program 50lbs lighter. No longer prediabetic Triglycerides are 160 bad cholesterol is 120 good is up to 40. My energy level is WAY up, my sleep is great, aches and pains are all but gone. I am working out each day. I'm walking, running and lifting weights. I did not think this was possible until now. Thanks to all at at Betr Health for giving me my life back. Teaching how to plan a proper diet to make life enjoyable again.

Coach Zoe was awesome throughout my journey through Level 1, Level 2, and on to Maintenance. She always had positive feedback, helpful suggestions, and unbridled encouragement. I encourage anyone on the fence to jump in and start the program. I feel so much better now than before I started. This program and the coaching are top notch!

This is a wonderful program. I never wanted to go on a diet again but when I developed hypertension I knew I had to change something. I found Betr Health through my insurance plan and decided to give it a try. I am amazed at the results. I have lost weight and my blood pressure is within the normal range. The program requires planning and preparation and adherence to it, but it is well worth the effort. It is a life changer.
