I am happy to say that I have had the pleasure to work with a certain individual named Trevor who works at the right way location on nappanee in Elkhart. this is the second time that I had the pleasure of working with Trevor the first time that I worked with Trevor I was impressed by his dedication and attention to detail for what his customer would want. he did everything in his power to put me in a brand new vehicle that I had never been in a new vehicle before although I wasn't too happy with the vehicle choice because I had other things in mind he took his time to explain to me why taking the vehicle that was offered would be the best choice and how if I grew with the vehicle that I would be able to come back and be put into something a little bit bigger and nicer. so needless to say I left the car lot happy and unhappy at the same time. it is my belief that the unhappiness that was shown on my face stuck with Trevor for 2 years. to which I believe Trevor felt compelled to satisfy his customer no matter how long it took today Trevor put me in something bigger nicer and I left the car lot completely happy with the decision that I made and what was offered to me. as a man who has always pride himself on meeting the expectations of others to complete satisfaction I can say that Trevor in my opinion is the best salesman that Rightway has and his level of professionalism and his standards to meet excellent customer satisfaction should be the gold standard for all locations in my opinion. the level of dedication that this man put forth just to make someone's life different in a better way speaks miles for his character and for his future career. my wife said it the best and I have no problem saying it again Trevor is the man. Trevor I thank you for everything that you have done and I wish you the best in your future business endeavors may the Lord bless you.
