Coolparcel was cheaper than FedEx and UPS rates even though they also shipped by FedEx. They provided a mailing label and tracking, and picked up a heavy parcel at my front door. The package was delivered promptly. Great service and I will use them again.

I find coolparcel by comparing the shipping between 3 or 4 shippers and i wes astonished by the price and process. In my case it was a HALF of the other shippers. Moreover that included FROM DOOR TO DOOR service. I was delighted by the timely pickup and timely delivery undamaged package. I wold recommend it to everyone. There is also international service which i'm going to use next month.

I literally couldn't believe the difference in price between shipping UPS via Coolparcel and paying UPS directly for my international shipment. It makes no sense to me, but it was 7x more expensive to pay UPS directly. I went in there, got the quote and walked out. Then I booked through coolparcel, printed the shipping label, went to the same UPS to drop it off, and walked out with literally hundreds of dollars left in my wallet. Crazy. I was very reluctant to do international shipping before, but now that I know this exists, I'm very likely to do it again. And don't even have to feel guilty doing it -- I payed for the carbon offset for a totally reasonable price.

They offered me the cheapest rates to send my package from Pa to Tx, their customer service was quick and friendly when I ran into an issue with the pick up. Would definitely recommend!

Coolparcel made shipping from my home super easy! Did everything online, all I had to do was measure and weigh my box, then print out the shipping label and tape it to the box. Site was user friendly, able to pick which mail service and cost. Courier picked up my box and the recipient received it in two days time. I would recommend Coolparcel.

Had never used or even heard of Coolparcel before I needed to do a fairly large shipment by UPS or Fedx. One of the local UPS offices wanted $300 to do the shipment for me. I started scanning over the internet for someway less expensive and found Coolparcel. I completed the instructions and Fedx picked up my packages on the day requested and my total cost was $89.
Everything happened just as the website said. I was very pleased.
