We began using it almost five years ago and in that time, I've been very impressed with how CollegePlannerPro has continued to make improvements and updates along the way. The system is a great resources for both my staff and the students/families we serve. The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, for both students and counselors. One of the added benefits is the responsiveness of the staff at CollegePlannerPro. If we have an issue or a question/problem, they almost always respond within 24 hours. So far we've been very pleased with the service provided by CollegePlannerPro.

It's visually pleasing, easy to navigate, has a very nice To-Do list and Deadline list. It's also a great way for us to communicate. The scheduling feature has simplified that process immensely (no more chasing down students, or writing down the appointment incorrectly).
